1. What is the Virtual Townhall<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Virtual Town Hall is a weekly, 30-minute online discussion hosted in our property’s Facebook Group. It’s a space for you and your neighbors to share feedback, ask questions, and talk about ways we can continue improving our community.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Why are we doing this?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We want every resident to feel heard and invested in the community. The town hall gives us a regular, structured way to listen, respond, and work together on solutions—before issues become frustrations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. When does the town hall happen?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The town hall takes place once a week for 30 minutes. The day and time will be consistent each week, so you’ll always know when to join.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Who runs the town hall?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Either someone from the property or the marketing department will lead the discussion, introduce the week’s topic, and keep the conversation on track. Notes will be captured after each session.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. What will we talk about?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each week has a curated topic that relates to community life—for example:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Yes! Residents are encouraged to suggest future discussion topics (comments will be added to the backlog of existing topics). You can submit ideas by messaging the Property Manager\/MKTG.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Do I have to join every week?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Not at all. You can join whenever the topic interests you. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    8. What happens with the feedback?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    We’ll collect notes from each town hall, review themes, and share updates on what actions we’re taking. Some changes may happen quickly, while others may take longer—but you’ll always know your voice was heard.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    9. How does this benefit me as a resident?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      This language will be the first language posted before every town hall<\/span><\/i>: This is a space to connect, share ideas, and help improve our community. To keep the conversation positive and productive, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Respect Above All<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      • Treat fellow residents and staff with courtesy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • No personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language will be tolerated.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        2. Stay on Topic<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        • Each town hall has a curated weekly topic. Please keep comments relevant (if a topic you’re passionate about isn’t covered on that day, don’t try to hijack the discussion, suggest your topic and be patient until it’s scheduled).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Suggestions outside the topic are welcome but may be redirected to another time or channel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3. Constructive Feedback Only – We’re here to ID areas to improve<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          • Share concerns respectfully, with a focus on solutions <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Example: “The hallway lighting is dim; could we add brighter bulbs?”<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Not acceptable: “Management never does anything right.” – this isn’t productive and wastes everyone’s time.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. No Confidential or Personal Matters<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            • Do not share personal account details, lease issues, or private disputes in the town hall – again, this town hall is about understanding what’s working, and identify areas to improve.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • For individual concerns, contact the leasing office directly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
